    Terrible. They have just sent me a renewal policy through a subsidiary company (autosan) for a car written off by them (so they legally bought it off me) in September last year. Can’t get through to tell them no way. Con men.
    Since bumping my car they have been atrocious to deal with. My car should’ve had a hire car, when I bumped it they said I’d have to wait. Left me 5 days before recovery people came out – only to say I’d written it off and couldn’t av a hire car.
    Then the legal cover I paid for. Used the company that rang me – I then discover that it wasn’t approved by Aioi midday dowa so had to pay for that. They REALLY low balled me on the settlement fee for my car. But clearly I had no choice but to accept after they’d already left me without a car. They were really atrocious.
    And I didn’t shop around – left the policy running (stupidly) as was on holiday when renewal came and I was left with a £1200 car insurance (I have 7 years ncb, no points a driveway and I’m nearly 40!!!)
